If you have a 1% chance of a spawn happening each time you do a site, this does not mean if you do a site 100 times you will get a spawn. The probability of each event is independent.
Though if you've done 1000 and no spawn/escalation either you're doing something wrong or someone at CCP really doesn't like you  |

You can always argument with bad luck.
Consider the statement:
"Faction spawns no longer occur in anomalies."
To prove this true, you would have to observe that every anomaly run by every character in game did not have a faction spawn.
But to prove it wrong, you would only need one counter-example of a faction spawn occurring in an anomaly.
There is no such thing as 100% when it comes to random, also EVE is not fair, etc. |
